Always consult a qualified financial adviser, surveyor, solicitor, and/or accountant before making property investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

PropScout is offered on a subscription basis. A 7-day free trial is available with a valid payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to scrape data, reverse-engineer our scoring methodology, redistribute property data to third parties, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. PropScout reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content, scoring algorithms, and software comprising PropScout are the intellectual property of PropScout Limited.
